1. Who We Are

DateSnapAI is a personal date and reminder application. DateSnapAI is operated by Fozilot Ali, trading as DateSnapAI ("we", "us", "DateSnapAI"). 2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DateSnapAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms apply to your personal use of DateSnapAI, including the Free Plan and the paid plan, DateSnapAI Plus.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• DateSnapAI can be used to organise appointments, important dates and reminders for people of any age. However, you must be at least 13 years old to create and hold a DateSnapAI account.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use DateSnapAI. Any paid subscription used by someone under 18 must be purchased and managed by their parent or legal guardian.
• A parent or legal guardian may use their own DateSnapAI account to manage appointments, documents and reminders for a child under 13. Children under 13 must not create or independently operate an account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you create your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details, including your password, confidential. Keep them safe and do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• To help keep your account secure, we verify new accounts by email. When you register, we send a verification code to your email address; you must enter this code before your account becomes active. This helps to confirm your identity and protect your account. If you notice any unauthorised use of your account, tell us straight away at support@datesnapai.com.

4. Description of the Service

DateSnapAI helps you capture, organise and remember important dates. The service includes:

• Scan Document — upload or photograph a document and DateSnapAI reads the text to suggest dates and details worth remembering.
• Speak a Plan — say what you need to remember, and DateSnapAI converts your speech into a plan you can review and save.
• Type a Plan — enter dates, reminders, tasks and other items manually.
• Reminders and alerts — set reminders so that important dates, appointments, payments and renewals do not pass you by.
• Lists — keep personal lists, such as shopping lists and to-do tasks.
• Calendar export — add saved plans and dates to your own calendar.

The features available to you, and your monthly usage allowances, depend on the plan you are on (see section 7). You can see your current allowances at any time in the app.

DateSnapAI is a personal organisation tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and information it produces should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice.

5. AI and User Review

• DateSnapAI uses artificial intelligence and speech recognition. These technologies can make mistakes.
• You must review the dates, times and other details suggested by DateSnapAI before saving them, and again before acting on them.
• You remain responsible for meeting your appointments, payments, renewals, deadlines and other commitments, whether or not DateSnapAI records or reminds you of them correctly.

6. Reminders and Notifications

• Reminders and notifications may be affected by your browser permissions, your device settings, your internet connection and the availability of the service.
• We use reasonable skill and care to deliver notifications, but we cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered, or delivered at an exact time.
• You should not rely on DateSnapAI as your only reminder for critical deadlines.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights, or our liability, where doing so would be unlawful.

7. Free Plan and DateSnapAI Plus

• The Free Plan has monthly usage limits, such as the number of document scans and Speak a Plan uses. Your current limits are shown in the app at the time you use it.
• DateSnapAI Plus is a recurring monthly subscription that unlocks higher allowances and additional features. The current price is shown at checkout and on our Pricing page.
• Your Plus subscription renews automatically each month, on your billing date (the monthly anniversary of the date you first subscribed). Payment is taken automatically using the payment method you provided.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know and may retry the payment. If the payment continues to fail, your access to Plus may end and your account may return to the Free Plan.
• Feature allowances for each plan are controlled by our current subscription configuration, which is the source of truth for what is included in each plan at any given time.

8. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

• You can cancel your DateSnapAI Plus subscription at any time from Settings using the Manage Subscription option.
• Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not refund the current period.
• Unless the law or the checkout terms require otherwise, your Plus access continues until the end of the paid billing period, after which your account returns to the Free Plan.
• Cancelling Plus does not delete your account or your personal plans, reminders and lists.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer law, including your rights to cancel and, where applicable, to a refund. Where the law gives you the right to a refund within a certain period, we will honour that right.

9. Uploaded Content

• You must have the right to upload any document or other content you add to DateSnapAI, including any personal information it contains.
• You keep ownership of your content. You do not transfer ownership of your documents, plans or lists to us by uploading them.
• You give us, and the service providers we need to run the service, only the limited permission required to process your content and provide the service to you, for example to read an uploaded document so a date can be suggested.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that infringes anyone's rights, including copyright, privacy or data protection rights.

10. Privacy

Your personal information and uploaded documents are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand what we collect, how we use it and the choices available to you.

11. Intellectual Property

The DateSnapAI name, software, design, and the original content we create belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service or any part of it, except where the law permits. Your rights to your own content are set out in section 9.

12. Service Availability and Changes

• We aim to keep DateSnapAI available, but maintenance, updates or technical failures may temporarily interrupt access.
• If we make significant changes to the service's features, prices or these Terms, we will tell you in advance by email or in the app, giving you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
• Material changes will not remove your existing consumer rights.

13. Suspension and Account Termination

• We may suspend or restrict your account if you misuse the service or break these Terms. Where it is appropriate to do so, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your access to DateSnapAI.
• Account deletion is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the retention obligations that apply to us by law.

14. Liability

We provide DateSnapAI with reasonable skill and care. We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are using DateSnapAI for personal, domestic purposes, those rights always apply.

15. Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live.

If you have a complaint, contact us at support@datesnapai.com with a description of the problem. We will consider your complaint carefully and reply to you. We will always try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the app before the updated Terms take effect. The Last Updated date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last published.
