Delete Your DateSnapAI Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your DateSnapAI account and the personal data associated with it.

Two ways to delete your account

You can delete your DateSnapAI account either inside the app or from this website without signing in:

In the DateSnapAI app

Open Settings → Delete my account and confirm the on-screen steps.

Fastest option — deletion happens immediately after you confirm.

Request deletion without signing in

Email us and we will delete your account for you. Send the request from the email address associated with your DateSnapAI account so we can identify your account and verify the request.

What is deleted when your account is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your DateSnapAI account and the personal data associated with it, including:

Your account and profile details (name, email address, profile photo and preferences)
Your plans, tasks, reminders and important dates
Your calendar events
Your shopping lists and shopping list items
Your uploaded documents, photos and files saved in My Files, including dates and information extracted from them
Your voice-created plan data
Your monthly usage records
Your subscription record, and cancellation of any active DateSnapAI Plus subscription
Your AI suggestions
Your feedback submissions
Your referral records

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, it is cancelled first so you are not billed again — nothing is deleted while billing is still active.

Data we may need to keep

DateSnapAI does not retain your personal data after account deletion beyond what is described here. Two things may remain after your account is deleted:

Payment and billing records held by Stripe, our payment provider. When you pay for DateSnapAI Plus, Stripe keeps its own transaction and billing records as required for accounting, tax and legal obligations. The retention period is set by Stripe and applicable law, not by DateSnapAI. We never receive or store your full card details.
Support correspondence — if you request deletion by email, we keep your message itself for as long as needed to handle and verify your request.

Need help first?

If you only want to remove specific items (a reminder, document or shopping list), you can delete them individually inside the app without deleting your whole account. For questions about your data, see our Privacy Policy.
