DateSnapAI is a personal planning and reminder app. You can scan a document, speak a plan or type it. DateSnapAI helps identify important details and reminds you before the date arrives.

Choose Scan Document, Speak a Plan or Type a Plan. Review the information, make any changes and confirm it before the plan or reminder is saved.

AI-generated information may occasionally be incorrect. Always review the title, date, time and other details before saving.

You can upload or photograph PDFs and images (JPG, PNG) of any document — letters, bills, appointment letters, court documents, NHS letters, HMRC letters, insurance renewals, MOT certificates, and more.

DateSnapAI reads the document, identifies important dates, appointments, deadlines, and renewals, shows you what it found, and creates a reminder once you confirm. You always review before anything is saved.

The Free Plan includes 3 document scans per month. One uploaded document counts as one scan, even when multiple dates are detected. Your allowance resets monthly.

DateSnapAI is highly accurate at extracting dates from clear documents. For best results, ensure the document is well-lit and in focus when taking a photo. Always review detected dates before saving.

Yes. Tap the microphone and speak naturally. DateSnapAI will use your words to prepare the plan details for you to review before saving.

The Free Plan includes 20 voice plans per month. Your allowance and reset date are shown on the dashboard and in Settings.

Yes. Type a Plan is unlimited on the Free Plan.

Yes. Use the Read Aloud button on a reminder to hear its details read out loud.

Yes. Use the calendar button on an individual reminder to add it to a supported calendar app. This does not create continuous calendar synchronisation.

Make sure notifications are allowed for DateSnapAI in your browser or device settings. Also check that the reminder has the correct date and notification settings.

This depends on the browser, device and notification permissions. Keep notifications enabled and follow any installation instructions provided by DateSnapAI.

Yes. Go to Settings and choose DD/MM/YYYY for the UK or MM/DD/YYYY for the USA.

Yes. New users must enter the verification code sent to their email address before their account is activated.

Yes. Go to Settings and select Delete Account. This permanently deletes the account and associated user data according to our data-retention policy.

Yes. The Free Plan is £0 per month and includes 3 document scans per month, 20 voice plans per month and unlimited Type a Plan.

DateSnapAI Plus is £1.99 per month and includes 15 document scans per month and 100 voice plans per month. Type a Plan is unlimited on both plans.

If you have an active Plus subscription, go to Settings and select Manage Subscription. You can cancel your subscription through the secure billing page. Free Plan users do not have a subscription to cancel.

DateSnapAI does not sell your documents or personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app. Please read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Yes. You can delete any plan, reminder or file at any time within the app.
